He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Manuel and Celia Acevedo; his father-in-law Esteban Lopez Sr.; his brothers-in-law, Esteban Lopez Jr. and Alberto Montanez; and his nephew Mateo Casas.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Selena, Soleil, Sarina and Stefan (Julissa); his granddaughter Julianna; and his siblings, Sylvia, Juan, Martin and Jaime.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for a memorial that will be established in his name.
