He was predeceased by: his brother Miguel Garay. He is survived by: his parents, Valeriano Garay and Soledad Garay (Fernandez); his wife Maricela (Partida); his children, Blanca Contreras (Julio Cesar), Miguel Garay (Daniela), Edward Garay (Michelle) and Elizabeth De Puente (Michael); his grandchildren, Cesar, Julissa, Analia Contreras, Giuliana, Nicolas Garay, Jasmine, Leonel Garay, Julian, Esteban and Paulina De Puente; and his siblings, Juana Ojeda (Jose), Alicia Adams (late Gene), Griselda Barajas (Ismael), Francisco and Josefa Garay. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
