He was predeceased by: his father Wally Ortiz Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ramona Valentin; his wife Amy Lynn Ortiz; his children, Jose Luis Ortiz Jr., Tejandra Marie Ortiz and Jada Ciera-Lynn Ortiz; and his siblings, Wally Ortiz Jr., Willy Ortiz, Michael Ortiz, Pedro Martinez and Yazmin Martinez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
