He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Watson (Phil) and Michelle Colón (Rob Rodriguez); his grandchildren, Sophia, Aiden Colón and Lydia Watson; his siblings, Joann Page (Don) and Laure Jannisch (Jim); and his pet Max.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joe's family to establish college funds for his grandchildren.
