She was predeceased by: her parents, Agapito Chavez and Atanacia Chavez (Marin); her brothers, Juan Manuel and Alfonso; and her granddaughter Maylin.
She is survived by: her sons, Jose Clemente and Luis Rey; her grandchildren, Ana Julia Gallegos, Ashley, Dylan, Emannuel, Nathaniel, Gael, Allyson and Aleah; and her siblings, Eustoquia Chavez, Maria of Jesus Chavez and Alfredo Chavez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
