She was predeceased by: her sister Jayme Carlson; her brother-in-law John Carlson; and her grandparents, Glenn, Violet Meyer, Robert and Alice Evans.
She is survived by: her parents, Jim Evans and Sue Evans; her siblings, Todd Evans and Angie Bellafiore; her brother-in-law VJ Bellafiore; and her siblings' children, Ian Carlson, Ava and Jayme Bellafiore. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
