She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Proctor (Gary), Kari Ulrich (John Skip), Pam Feltes (Jack), Cindy Wrenn (John) and Kim Zak (Pete); and her grandchildren, Kristin Worland (Jim), Gregory Proctor (Jessica), Jennifer Raleigh (Patrick), Lindsey Parker (Scott), Leigh Ann Houston (John), Eric Feltes (Michael Bleggi), Jason Wrenn (Cheryl), Andi Dalzell (Aaron), Jaclyn Whitson, Caitlin Rosa (Jonathan), John Whitson (Justin Lebo), Alex Zak (Annie) and Kelley Hanley (Kody). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
