He is survived by: his wife Joann Feltz; his children, Dale Feltz (Lisa) of Bristol, IL, Bonnie Taylor (Scott) of Plano, IL and Lisa Feltz of North Aurora, IL.; his grandchildren, Doug, Mitch (Lauren), Angela Feltz, Corrine Hannigan (Shawn), Megan Jurgensen (Kyle), Amy Gauer (Justin) and Rebecca Jackson (Nick); his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Declan, Liam Hannigan, Logan, Brayden Jurgensen, Hunter, Ruby Gauer, Greyson and Renley Jackson; and his caregivers, Brooke, Sonia, Fay, Laura, Tammy, Christine and Ena.
