Smith of Aurora, Illinois, born in Palo Alto, California, who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her fiancé Dan Sitowski of Aurora, IL; her children, Tom Hamilton (Meghan) of Coeur d'Alene, ID and Katie Hamilton-Shaffer (Ethan Shaffer) of Napa, CA; her grandchildren, Jack, Emma, Claire Hamilton, Quinn and Harlow Shaffer; her parents, William Settle and Eleanor Settle; and her brother Norman Settle (Nancy) of Clayton, CA.
