Martha L. Poggi Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha L. Poggi of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Neimeyer and Mary Neimeyer (Chione); and her brother Dan Neimeyer (Lori). She is survived by: her husband Robert Poggi; her children, Brian Parsons, George Stathis and Kate Martin; her stepson Aaron Poggi (Bobbie); her siblings, Robbie Angel (Dave), Ken Neimeyer (Peggy) and Ron Neimeyer (Barb); and her granddaughter Ava. She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, nieces and a special nephew as well as her tribe of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Memorial Park (2405 Champlain St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
