It is with sadness that the passing of Marvin Carroll Yoakam (Aurora, Illinois) is shared. Marvin, born on March 6, 1948, passed away on May 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Marvin will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Marvin by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Marvin is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Marvin’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Cunningham Yoakam and Edna Monima Cochran; and his brother Brice Harvey Yoakam. He is survived by: his sons, David Wesley, William Edward Yoakam and Billy. He is also survived by 3 Nephews, 1 Niece as well as many Grand Nieces and Grand Nephews.
