He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Brandon (Aimee), Andrea Figueroa (Jose) and Mario; his grandchildren, Julia Gutierrez (Dylan), Annamarie, Lauren, Abigail, Lillian, Jacob and Camila; his great grandchild Roseanna; and his siblings, Richard, Ruben (Wanda) and Delores Alviar.
