He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Foreman (Bennett); his parents, Nolen Vern Foreman, Sr. and Helen Lucille Foreman (Lawson); his siblings, James M. Foreman and Joy E. Meade (Foreman); and his niece Lori Ann Meade.

He is survived by: his sister Janet M. Peiffer (Foreman) of Mesa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Wayside Cross Ministries in Aurora, Illinois.
