He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony Welsch and Darlene Welsch (DeGroff); his children, Jason Welsch (Camelia), Lana Notte (Mark) and Sara Burch (Eric); his grandchildren, Logan, Eric, Audrey, Alyssa, Adam and Lauren; his siblings, Charmaine Schneeberger (Ken), Darlene Richter (Roger) and Bob Welsch (Dee); and his wife Alta "Bobbi" Norgren. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
