He is survived by: his wife Maria Valencia; his children, Guadalupe Cepeda (Pedro), Obdulia Valencia, Guillermina Valencia (Pedro), Rafael Valencia Jr. (Patricia), Elva Valencia (Ernesto), Erica Valencia and Marissa Valencia; and his sisters, María, Virginia and Rosalba. He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
