Raymond Paul Bachert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Paul Bachert of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bachert and Mary Bachert (Lindenmeyer); his wife Marjorie E. Miller; and his siblings, William, Harold, Norman, Kurt, Warren and Gertrude Navota.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Bachert of Chicago, Paula Bachert of Indianapolis and Nancy Gilpin (Robert) of Fort Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Megan Mercer of St. Louis, Benjamin Mercer of Indianapolis and Katerina Gilpin of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church and School or Lutheran Church Charities.
