He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wagner and Elsie Wagner (Morrison); and his siblings, Ann Rae Wagner and Eugene Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Laver, Karl Wagner and Gary Wagner (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
