He is survived by: his wife Merrily Budlong Holladay; his children, Heidi Lynn Holladay and Erik Davol Holladay-McCann (Ben); his grandchild Yvie Davol Holladay-McCann; his siblings, Joan Kuehl (Curt) and Don Holladay; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Quattlebaum, Pam Ryan, Jennifer Arnold Goss, Gary Witherell, John Arnold III (Nancy) and Matthew Arnold (Linda).
