He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Ries (Clemens); his parents, Nicholas Ries and Lucille Ries (Brummel); and his siblings, Nicholas Ries, Don Ries, Leona Rabel, Gloria Ries, Betty Miller and Eugene Ries.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Ries (Rhonda), Cindy Tilt (Dan), Gregory Ries (Amy) and Brenda McCue (Robert Jr.); his grandchildren, Lauren, Emily Ries, Deven, Jordan Ries and Riley McCue; and his brother James Ries.

Due to current restrictions, please follow social distancing guidelines and wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made in his honor to the charity of your choice .
