She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kettell and Colette Kettell. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Forth; her children, Joshua Forth (Precious) and Anna Forth; and her siblings, Sharon Sibley and Joe Kettell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510).
