He was predeceased by: his parents, Candido Ramos and Arcadia Ramos (Otero); and his siblings, Manual Ramos Sr. and Paulina Ramos (Sandoval). He is survived by: his wife Carmen Ramos (Santiago); and his children, Sixto Ramos Jr. (Yuliana Guevara), Cristina Wilson (Gabriel Wilson) and Monica Cervantes (Christopher Cervantes Sr.). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
