He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Sr. Ibay and Angelita Ibay. He is survived by: his wife Ederlina Ibay; his children, Dennis Ibay, Jennifer Ver (Angelo) and Russell Ibay (Jayann); his grandchildren, Scherlina Ibay, Nicole Pagdanganan (Lance), Katelyn Ver, Jacob Ver, Caiden Ibay and Ava Ibay; and his brothers, Rudy Ibay and Ruben Ibay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
