She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Szczotka and Zofia Szczotka; her brothers, Jerzy and Zbigniev Szczotka; and her husband Bruno Bartoszek.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Lawrence (Rick) and Jack Bartoszek (Donita); her grandchildren, Sarah Christian (Ryan), Stephanie Kinney (Brooke) and Allen Bartoszek; her great grandchild Baby Christian; and her cousins, Adam Szczotka (Marge), Jadzia Szczotka (Jerry Mangino), Basia Bartoloni and Liz Laurino (Fedele).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (620 Fifth St, Aurora, IL 60505).
