He was predeceased by: his parents, William Black and Marie Black; and his granddaughter Bryanna Black. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Dennis Black (Jen) of Oswego, IL and Tim Black (Shirl) of Yorkville, IL; his grandchildren, Patrick Black, Austin Black (Chloe Gitlin), Jake Black (Kym Farmer) and Hannah Black; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Meyers (late Tom), Kieran (late Sheila), Thomas Doyle, Patrick Doyle (Patricia), Brian Doyle (Kathleen), Cecilia Doyle (Bryce Hanson) and Elizabeth Doyle.
