He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Barbara Berkhout; his parents, Peter Myszkowski and Stella Myszkowski; and his sisters, Barbara Myszkowski and Theresa Hansen (late Ken).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Berkhout; his children, Michael Myszkowski (Minja Baek-Jones) of Warrenville, IL, Rachel Hayden (Jeoffry) of Geneva, IL and Leah Chestovich (James) of Naperville; his stepchildren, Keith Berkhout (Wendy) and Julie Martin (Alex); his grandchildren, Natalie, Allison Hayden, Kaszmir and Rusulmir Chestovich; his stepgrandchildren, Anastasia Berkhout, Mackenzie, Kate and Avery Martin; his siblings, Jerome Myszkowski (Nita) of California and Donna Sikorski (Ron) of Indiana; and his brothers-in-law, David Fudacz (Denise) of Plainfield and Paul Fudacz of Oregon.
