He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Hargett Poppe; his children, Kimberly Mais (James) and Christopher Poppe (Diana); his grandchildren, Alexis, Isabella Ahlert, Alexander and Lucas Poppe; his parents, William A. Poppe and Catharine Harper Poppe; and his sister Catharine Letteney.
