It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Mae Gilmore of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Benoit Gilmore; her parents, Dan L. Seamster and Bennie L. Oliver; and her siblings, Mary Gordon and Bobbie Cathey.

She is survived by : her daughter Robin R. Wheeler; her grandchildren, Percennia Hannsberry (Edward), Precious McKenley-Harvey (Kenny) and Paris McKenley; her great grandchildren, Kennedi, Ramus, Paris Jr., Khalil, Jayda, Kavari, Zaina and Xolani; and her sisters, Rosie Seamster and Margaret Sims.
