He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon D. Eisenhauer and Geneva R. Ellis Eisenhauer; and his wife Joyce Nation. He is survived by: his children, Julie Eisenhauer of Murphysboro, IL, Darrell, Jr. Eisenhauer (Barbara) of Murphysboro, IL and Michelle Liebenrood (Tom) of Murphysboro, IL; his stepdaughter Lauri Gray of St. Peter's, MO; his grandchildren, Britany Johnson, Loni Eisenhauer, Lida Eisenhauer and Dean Eisenhauer; and his stepgranddaughter Katelyn Stoewsand. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wilson's Funeral Home (206 S 5th St, Ava, IL 62907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
The preferred form of remembrance are memorials to Ava Food Pantry or St. Francis Animal Rescue.
