He was predeceased by: his parents, John Beshears and Nora Beshears (Louvier) of Mary's Hospital; and his siblings, David Eugene, Ronald Lee, Robert Louis, John "Jack" Charles, Edward Joseph Beshears and Marietta "Mary" Schultz (Thomas).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Beshears (Newton); and his children, Kimberly Moore of Ava, Dennis Beshears Jr. (Jeannie) of Steeleville and Steve Newton (Tracy) of Murphysboro. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
