With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terry Eugene Wilson of Ava, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wilson and Erma Wilson; and his former wife Sue Ann Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Ava; his brother Jerry Wilson (Karen) of Ava; his children, Brooke Crombar (Lance) of Carbondale and Jeffrey Wilson (Jill) of Murphysboro; his stepchildren, Kathy Patterson of Ava, Tabitha Colvis (Charles) of Chester and Dane Patterson (Hope) of Steeleville; his grandchildren, Kate, Corey Crombar of Carbondale, Jacey and Jacob Wilson of Murphysboro; and his aunt Shirley Wilson of Ava. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
