Florence M. Hogg Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 16, 2026, Florence M. Hogg of Aviston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skrha and Anna Skrha (Marks); her husband Francis "Frank" Hogg; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Mary Hogg (Schaeffer); her sister Josephine; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Delach, James Murphy, Anthony, Kathryn Hogg, Alois, Georgia Hogg, Stephen, Mildred Hogg, Paul Hogg, Andrew, Jean Hogg, Vincent Hogg, Lawrence, Joann Hogg, Dorothy Harris (Hogg), Virginia Hogg and LaVera Hogg.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hogg and Frank Hogg (Bruce Couch); her sister Marie Murphy (Skrha); and her sister-in-law Mary Hogg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Aviston building fund, Community Link Breese, or the HSHS St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary Lights for Scholarship and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St., Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
