He is survived by: his wife Helen Middeke; his children, Jerome Middeke, Jr. and Leah Middeke; his grandchildren, Gennifer Stanley (Andrew), Paul Stanley (Jasmine) and Chelsea Kudrecki (Kurt); his great grandchild Magnolia Kudrecki; his brother Sylvester Middeke (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Middeke and Bernadette Middeke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
