He is survived by: his wife Irene Hegger; his sons, Jason Hegger (Kim) of Aviston and Eric Hegger (Jacqueline) of Equality; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ryker Hegger, Aidan and Jayce Hegger; his siblings, Mary Garren (Larry) of Boulder, Don Hegger (Darlene) of Aviston, Ron Hegger (Gert Sidwell) of Breese, Dianne Miller (George) of Belleville, Rick Hegger (Janine) of Keyesport, Betsy Eilers (Ed) of Breese and Carol Huelsmann (Allan) of Aviston; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Blunk (Kimberly) of New Baden, Gay Rensing of Columbus, OH, Joseph Rensing (Gloria Ross) of Breese, Patricia Higgins (Delbert) of Carlyle, Ted Rensing (Diane) of Carlyle, Mary Dust (Ron) of Breese, Dianne Becker (Jerry) of Bartelso, Tony Rensing (Rose) of St. Rose, Larry Rensing of Highland and Annette Wolske (Lester) of Benton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
