He was predeceased by: his father Orville Mullen; and his son Michael Duus. He is survived by: his mother Joan Mullen (McDermet); his wife Teresa Duus (Severns) of Avon; his children, Kevin Mullen, Jr., Melissa Roberts (Joe), Jessica Duus, Nicholas Duus (Jess) and Rebecca Duus; his siblings, Mitchell Mullen (Melissa), David Mullen (Cathy), Cindy Ketterlinus (George), Kelly Reeve (John Paul) and Jodi Mullen; and his grandchildren, Christian, Joseph, Alyssa, Matthew, Gabriel, Ayden, Isaiah, Skyler, Eli, Mike Jr., Connor, Xavier, Isabel and Hailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Storm Shelter Pub (102 N Main St, Avon, IL 61415).
