He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John and Agnes Marion Costello; and his daughter Jennifer A. Costello. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Costello; his son Jonathan Costello (Ann); his grandchildren, Jack, Ryan and Erin; and his sisters, Nancy Duracka (Tom) and Sue O'Boyle (John).
