Jay R. Burrell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay R. Burrell of Barrington, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jay may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Burrell and Margaret Burrell; his wife Dr. Barbara Burrell; his sons, Christopher (Lisa Ogoshi) and Jonathan Burrell (Andriana Tompary); his granddaughter Alice; and his sister Lisa Sexton (Michael).
