He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Jill Fornelli (Mike) and Scott Alexejun; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Thomas and Marie Fornelli; and his siblings, Ginny DiBianco and Carl Hasdal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
