She is survived by: her pet Cocoa; her close friend Lynn Herrick; her daughters, Stephanie Lynn Chadwick and Kimberly Ann Carlson; her granddaughter Avianna Lynn Carlson; and her siblings, Frederick Thomas Mensch and Sandra Elizabeth Ruskoski.
