She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kozlowski and Lillian Kozlowski; and her sister Debra Lange. She is survived by: her husband Allen Bills; her son Charles Bills; her sister Sandy Arms (Rodger) of Algonquin, IL; her grandchildren, Finleigh, Macallay, Edgar Jr. and Alice; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff, Bradley, Tyler, Sarah and Amelia.
