Though Patrick has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin and Marcia Martin. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Martin; his siblings, Pam Cronyn (Tony) of Clarence Center, NY and DJ Martin (Mary) of Glastonbury, CT.; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Elizabeth Martin, Jacob and Joseph Cronyn.
