He was predeceased by: his parents, Frata Stevens and Robert Stevens; and his sister Terri Lutgen (Stevens). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brandon, Kenna, Regan, Carter, Atlas and Archer; his wife Susan Carol Stevens (Adamski); and his children, Lisa Lynn (Tom), Mark (Chance) and Matthew (Johanna).
