It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Abbey of Barrington, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Abbey; her son Jason Abbey; her brother Robert Sikorski; and her parents, Fred Sikorski and Lottie Sikorski.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Dougan (Sean) and Doug Abbey (Erin); her daughter-in-law Trish Abbey; and her grandchildren, Cade, Payton, Lilly, Kathleen and Elizabeth.
