He was predeceased by: his parents, Stane and Julija; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his wife Jerica; his sister Vanda; his children, Peter (Linda), Barbara (Timothy) and Jennifer (Daniel); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Amy, Alexander, Maxwell, Abigail and Zachary; his nieces and nephews, Vanda (Andrej), Dari (Kristina), Matija (Diana), Alenka (Jadrenka) and Nina (Peter); and his sisters-in-law, Aleksandra (Tone) and Cica (Slavc).
