She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Reel and Gladys Reel (Carlin); her husband Charles F. Blackorby; her children, Charles Bradley Blackorby and Kathleen Ross; her granddaughter Christina Ann; her daughter-in-law Holly Blackorby; and her sister Doris Cress.
She is survived by: her sons, Marc Dewayne Blackorby (Michelle Howard) of Ferdinand, IN and Danny Charles Blackorby (Ruby Fesler) of Barry, IL; her grandchildren, Nathan Lee Blackorby, Shawn Joseph Blackorby (Amy), Charles Michael Blackorby (Tonya), Tanya Marie Cook and Shawna Daniel Deweese; her great grandchildren, Haily Renee Blackorby, Natalie Ray Blackorby, Charles Wyatt Blackorby, Janie Kristine Blackorby, Lane Charles Blackorby, Baillie Blackorby, Amiyah Ann Johnson and Kiya Marie Stroh; and her great great grandchild Elias Mason Stroh. She is also survived by her family and had many "inherited" children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Niebur Funeral Chapel (629 Mortimer St, Barry, IL 62312). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church of Barry, IL or to Parklawn Cemetery in Barry, IL.
