She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sterling and Clella Sterling (Storm); her husband Ronald K. Oitker; and her sister Diane Shumard. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Oitker (Edith) of Quincy, IL and Deb Landacre (Dave Bettis) of Barry, IL; her grandchildren, Becky Walston (Jeremy), Lori Predmore (Tom), Randall Oitker (Crystal Hall) and Brian Oitker (Ginny); her stepsons, David Bettis (Kim) and Dennis Bettis (Alison); her nieces, Annette McLaughlin (Jim) and Megan McQueen (Mike); her nephew Shawn Shumard (Vicki); and her close friend Deb Tripp. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
