Charles McDonald Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles McDonald (Barry, Illinois), who passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. McDonald and Elizabeth McDonald (Peterson); his siblings, Art, Albert, Leslie, Ernie, Frieda, Edith and Helen; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Smith (William Thomas), Diane Lynch, Bonnie Lynch, Leonard Wayne Lynch and Roy Lynch.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Lynch; his children, Anita Wilson (Kevin) of Perry, Charles Arthur McDonald of Quincy, Dennis McDonald (Kay) of Plainville, Illinois and William McDonald (Resty) of New London, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kevin, Brandon, Katie, Benjamin, Cody, Keeley Sue, Tasha, Jessica and Kelsey; and his brothers-in-law, William Lynch, Willard Lynch (Janet), Frankie Lynch and Russell Lynch. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
