He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Hutton Van-Hyning; and his siblings, Timothy, Randy Hutton and Nancy Hutton. He is survived by: his father Lloyd Dean Hutton; his girlfriend Patty Fowler; his daughter Elaina Finnie (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Reece and Chandler.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (684 Fairview Rd, Bluffs, IL 62621). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at the same location.
