With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael W. Leezy of Barry, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leezy and Melba Leezy (Corey); his siblings, Ronnie Leezy, Anita Lynn Leezy and Charles Leezy; and his brother-in-law Cleveland Sawyers.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Sawyers of Plainville, IL, Jeannie Unglesbee (Kenny) of Quincy, IL, Richard Leezy (Caroline) of Hannibal, MO, Terry Leezy of Collinsville, IL, Gloria Leezy of Barry, IL and Tina Leezy (Ed) of Payson, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home to help with final expenses.
