He is survived by: his father Terrill Spann of Barry, IL; his significant other Lori Orr; his significant other's children, Corey and Jazmine Orr; his children, Jaxen Spann and Salym Spann; his siblings, Jerrad Spann (Kayla) of Barry, IL, Tonya Spann of Barry, IL and Casey Spann of Barry, IL; his stepmother Shelley Spann; his niece Journee Wainman; and his nephew Devon Beahan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
