He is survived by: his children, Mike Lackey (Carol), Mitch Lackey, Larry Lackey (Doreen), Dawn Nowak and David Benes (Colleen); his grandchildren, Beth Robertson (Nick), Emily Krevitz (Max), Allison Peschel (Kyle), Eric Lackey (Lea), Josh Lackey (Laura), Ashley Salvador (Chris), Jeremy Lackey (Samantha), Clayton Lackey (Morgan), Amanda, Paige Nowak, Braydon and Elizabeth Benes; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Hailey, Oliver, Vienna, George, Aiden, Easton, Knox, Stella and Layla; and his significant other Terri Benes.
